SAT Seat Availability Alerts Explained
How email and web push work when a watched SAT center opens, including iPhone.
Web push
Free and paid accounts can turn on browser push. Sign in, open Account, and allow notifications.
On iPhone, add the site to your Home Screen. A Safari tab will not show the alerts.
Email alerts
A free watch emails you for 48 hours, and sends a web push if the browser allows it. The season pass is $19.99 once for 180 days, with the same email and push.
What an alert means
An alert means the latest check saw an open seat for that center and date. It does not hold the seat. Register on College Board as soon as you can.

Do alerts work on iPhone?
On iPhone, add the site to your Home Screen. A Safari tab will not show the alerts. That needs iOS 16.4 or later, with notifications allowed. Chrome on Android can notify from the browser. Firefox on Android needs the installed app.
How fast are the alerts?
We check College Board often. When a watched center changes from full to open, we send the alert. Register right away. The seat can close again.
